The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts. tbjl uses technical and manual review processes to identify and close duplicate accounts.
tbjl is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Accepted identity documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the UMID card, driver's license, PhilSys card, SSS ID, or passport. Verification is typically completed within 5 minutes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tbjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. This includes your registered mobile number, identity details, and linked payment methods. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
If you suspect that your tbjl account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tbjl immediately via the live chat support channel. tbjl may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
tbjl currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI via InstaPay, BDO via InstaPay, Metrobank via InstaPay, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ (deposit only). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as your verified tbjl account. tbjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours subject to network conditions.
tbjl is legally required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations in the Philippines. tbjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where transaction patterns trigger compliance review thresholds. Players are prohibited from using the tbjl Platform for any money laundering activity. Any accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
tbjl offers voluntary deposit limits that players may set within their account settings as a responsible gaming measure. In addition, tbjl may impose mandatory deposit limits in compliance with PAGCOR regulations or internal risk management policies. tbjl reserves the right to modify platform-wide deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by tbjl are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and minimum odds. These specific terms are published on the promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on the promotion page. Different game types may contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and sports betting contributions are stated per promotion.
tbjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions; exploiting any error or bug in the Platform to obtain bonus credit. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, tbjl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and suspend the account permanently.
Each game available on the tbjl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. tbjl is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or procedures.
All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and, for sports betting, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Once a bet is settled, the result is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of demonstrable technical error. tbjl's sportsbook reserves the right to void bets where matches are abandoned, where official results are disputed or reversed, or where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes due to technical malfunction, or clearly mispriced betting markets — tbjl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. tbjl will not be liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from manifest errors.
tbjl applies maximum win limits per bet and per day as specified in the applicable game or sportsbook rules. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum limits may be capped at the stated maximum. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game or sports betting rules and are subject to periodic review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbjl Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and, where required by law, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the tbjl Platform, including but not limited to the tbjl brand name, logo, game content, website design, software, text, graphics, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of tbjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tbjl content without the prior written consent of tbjl. Any unauthorized use of tbjl intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tbjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
You may close your tbjl account at any time by contacting tbjl live chat support. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (after deduction of any pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
tbjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:
Upon suspension or termination of your account by tbjl for cause (breach of Terms), tbjl reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, where the suspension arises from fraud, money laundering, prohibited activities under Section 8, or serious breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
tbjl collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. tbjl processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's applicable data privacy requirements.

This information is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. tbjl does not sell personal data to third parties. tbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendments. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the Terms & Conditions page at tbjl.asia/terms-conditions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between you and tbjl arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to tbjl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting tbjl customer support. tbjl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
tbjl's operations are subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints related to PAGCOR-regulated activities may also be directed to the relevant PAGCOR department in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedure.
